Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund Wags look stunning in traditional Oktoberfest gear
Mats Hummels, Mario Gotze and Marco Reus' other halves were among beauties to attend the traditional beer-swilling festival
BAYERN MUNICH and Borussia Dortmund's rivalry was temporarily brushed aside as their Wags celebrated Oktoberfest.
Cathy Hummels, Ann-Kathrin Brommel and Scarlett Gartmann - the stunning other halves of Mats, Mario Gotze and Marco Reus - went all out in the traditional German garb for the beer-swilling festival.
Michael Ballack's ex-wife Simone and Boris Becker's wife Lilly were also in the party mood, though the former Chelsea star and tennis legend were nowhere to be seen.
Oktoberfest is the world's largest beer festival which lasts 16-18 days and sees those in attendance drinking massive steins - two pints' worth of drink - all day.
This would explain why none of the Bundesliga's elite stars went along in the middle of the season.
Though former players Miroslav Klose, Ivica Olic and free-agent Luca Toni did turn up in Lederhosen.
Bundesliga stars traditionally celebrate winning the title in Oktoberfest style, with Bayern having done so for the past five seasons.
Midweek fixtures saw Carlo Ancelotti's team win 3-0 at Shalke and Dortmund the same result at Hamburg.
