PIERRE-EMERICK AUBAMEYANG has blamed Gabon's World Cup exit on dodgy ORANGE JUICE.
The Panthers made a fruitless trip to Morocco on Saturday, with a 3-0 defeat squeezing them out of the reckoning for next summer's finals.
And Borussia Dortmund striker Aubameyang claimed dodgy fruit juice at the team's hotel that morning gave his teammates the pip.
The 28-year-old, wanted by Chelsea and Manchester City among others, played in the Casablanca defeat alongside Southampton record buy Mario Lemina and Cardiff defender Bruno Ecuele Manga.
Aubameyang wrote on Twitter: "Half the team and the staff have stomach upsets.
"It's unbelievable, on the day of the game. Oh no, it is bad!
"That bloody orange juice this morning!"
A Khalid Boutaib hat-trick won the game for Morocco, who overtook Ivory Coast at the top of their African qualifying group.
