Newcastle want Yuto Nagatomo with West Brom and Burnley also chasing Inter Milan ace
Japan international considering his future after entering eighth season at San Siro but Inter hope he'll sign deal
NEWCASTLE, Burnley and West Brom are reportedly interested in Inter Milan star Yuto Nagatomo.
TMW via claims the veteran full-back is a target for the Premier League trio after putting contract talks with Inter on hold.
Nagatomo is in his eighth season at the San Siro and is currently tied down until 2019.
Inter are keen to extend the 31-year-old’s deal, with his versatility vital to their title ambitions.
But Nagatomo is said to be considering his options, which include a potential switch to England.
Newcastle could soon be in the money after being linked with a takeover bid.
Burnley continue to impress despite working with a limited budget.
While West Brom have shown they are more than capable of bringing big names to the Hawthorns.
Nagatomo would provide any new team with plenty of experience, having made 200 appearances for Inter.
He won the Coppa Italia in his first season there and has also been capped 95 times for Japan.
