CHELSEA could loan out Charly Musonda after the youngster's Instagram rant at a lack of game time, according to reports.
The Belgian forward took a swipe at the Blues as his frustrations at a lack of first team action appeared to get the better of him.
And the are reporting that Musonda, 20, could be shipped out on loan to get the playing time he wants.
Musonda has started one match for the first team and scored - in last month’s Carabao Cup win over Nottingham Forest.
Alongside a picture of a black screen, a post on the youngster's social media account reads: "You sacrifice, you work hard, harder, you give more than what's expected, and often more than you can, because you love what you do and clearly more than you should.
"And what do you get back? Literally nothing... done.
"However, with this being said I will continue with the same dedication and commitment to this great game."
Musonda was grilled by officials at the training ground on Tuesday afternoon despite first claiming the post had been misinterpreted and then deleting it.
He has been told to concentrate on his football to try to force his way into the first team rather than complain online.
Boss Antonio Conte and Chelsea technical director Michael Emanalo were also informed of Musonda's post.
