CHELSEA boss Antonio Conte wants to sign one of Christian Benteke, Jamie Vardy or Richmond Boakye in the January transfer window.
The Italian boss, 48, is growing increasingly worried by the comparatively minuscule size of his squad.
Conte fears his Blues are not deep enough to compete for the both the Premier League and Champions League titles.

Michy Batshuayi put in another thoroughly underwhelming performance filling in for the crocked Alvaro Morata before he was subbed before the hour-mark.
Now, Conte is plotting to offload the flop Belgian - yet to score in the Prem this term - and target a trio of European stars, according to the Telegraph.
The former Italy and Juventus manager is a long-term admirer of Palace's former Liverpool and Aston Villa striker Benteke.
The Eagles big-man is currently injured, but is expected to be fit by the winter.
Meanwhile, Vardy appears increasingly frustrated at under-performing Leicester - having turned down a big-money move to Arsenal in the summer of 2016.
Chelsea are also plotting to send scouts to watch Boakye in Red Star Belgrade's clash with Arsenal in the Europa League this week.
