He now looks certain to depart North London along with fellow contract rebel .

However, claim that the Gunners are preparing a £10m bid to bring their former player Oguzham Ozyakup back to the club.

The Turkish international left them back in 2012 for Besiktas after failing to make a Premier League appearance.

Since his departure he has gone on to become a first-team regular in Istanbul.

Ozyakup is now also in the last year of contract with Besiktas, and the club could be tempted to cash in during the January transfer window rather than risk losing him for free.

The Turkish giants are currently locked in talks with him and his representatives as they attempt to tie him down to a bumper new deal.
