Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo looks relaxed on private jet as he skips Portugal duty to fly away on business trip
REAL MADRID star Cristiano Ronaldo looked in relaxed mood on his private jet as he skipped Portugal duty to fly away on a business trip.
The Portuguese star, 32, was given a well-earned break by Fernando Santos for the two friendlies against Saudi Arabia and the USA.
Portugal snatched automatic qualification out of Switzerland's grasp in the final group stage game, with a 2-0 win to reach the tournament in Russia.
Now, as Santos and Co embark on two somewhat pointless friendlies, Portugal have opted to rest Ronaldo.
The Madrid star instead opted to head away on his private jet to conduct some business deals.
Snapped on his jet, covered in a near £1,000 Hermes blanket, Ronaldo captioned the image of himself lying down: "Work done."
Also on his travels, Ron bumped into his former team-mate at Sporting Lisbon, Jose Semedo - who more recently has played for Charlton and Sheffield Wednesday.
CR7 snapped an image of the two together, captioned: "Always nice to see you bro."

Forbes have the Portuguese star as the top earning sports ace, with £71million raked in during the past 12 months.
As well as mammoth deals with Nike, PokerStars and Tag Heuer, Ronaldo is involved in his own businesses, including hotels, perfume and underwear.
