Reports claim the world's most-expensive player is doing all he can to convince his fellow Brazilian to reject the Nou Camp in favour of the French capital
NEYMAR is reportedly trying his hardest to convince fellow Brazilian Philippe Coutinho to snub Barcelona and join him at Paris Saint-Germain.
The Liverpool attacker handed in a transfer request to the Anfield board in the summer as he tried to force through a switch to the Nou Camp.
The La Liga giants had three failed bids for Coutinho, the highest being £114m, and are said to be already negotiating a January move.
However, claim Neymar is attempting to scupper his former side's hopes landing the 25-year-old by persuading his mate to play alongside him in France.
The French publication say the world's most-expensive footballer has already been sounding out Coutinho and is feeding back the conversations to PSG.
These latest claims come just days the Kop playmaker's agent Kia Joorabchian was spotted with PSG sporting director Antero Henrique - the man who broke the bank to bring in Neymar from Barca in August.
Meanwhile, Spanish news outlet are claiming that Barcelona are already deep in talks with Liverpool over a January deal for the forward.
It states the Reds would be willing to sell for around £133m, although the Catalans will open the bidding at around £106m.

And they believe Coutinho's desire to move join them will help them finally push through a deal.
Sport also report that Coutinho has asked Liverpool and his advisors to ignore any offers that come from PSG.

Coutinho is currently with the Brazil squad preparing for friendly matches against Japan and England.
