Manchester City left-back Benjamin Mendy shows off his new Gucci style as he returns to Eastlands

The 23-year-old Citizens defender is currently out injured with a knee injury, but took the time to display his new items of clothing

BENJAMIN MENDY may be out injured, but that still hasn't stopped the left-back from enjoying himself.

The 23-year-old defender took to Instagram to show his new Gucci items of clothing as he returned to Manchester.

Posting a picture to his Instagram story with the caption "thanks @Gucci," the Manchester City ace proudly donned items of clothing worth more than £1300.

The French international donned a T-shirt with the Gucci logo, that costs a whopping £340.

While he was also wearing a tiger patch jacket - which is priced at a cool £990.

Mendy continues to make the headlines off the pitch after he suffered a serious knee injury against Crystal Palace on September 23.

He underwent surgery to fix his ruptured cruciate ligament, but the former Monaco star is still expected to miss the remainder of the season.

Pep Guardiola forked out £52million to bring Mendy to the Etihad, but has only featured five times in all competitions.
