MESUT OZIL wants to join Barcelona in January for £17million and is demanding £330,000-a-week, according to reports.

The Spanish giants have been linked with a move for the Arsenal ace, whose contract runs out at the end of the season.

But sports station are reporting that Ozil's representatives want a move in the winter window.

And on top of that they want a three-year contract for the German World Cup winner.

Spanish paper are also reporting that Ozil wants to quit the Emirates for the Nou Camp, but wants around £17m-a-year in wages.

Ozil, 29, reportedly also wants a number of add-ons and bonuses if he joins the La Liga leaders.

But the report does suggest this could be a stumbling block for Barca, who are said to be struggling with their finances after Lionel Messi penned a lucrative new deal.

Arsenal are resigned to the fact they will lose Ozil by the end of the season as he continues to stall on committing his future.
