LEROY SANE is set to be rewarded for his stunning start to the season with a new Manchester City mega-deal.
The 21-year-old is one of the lowest paid players in the City squad, on just £60,000 a week.
He is expected to be handed fresh terms at the end of the season, upping his money to around £80,000 a week.
But City boss Pep Guardiola wants to get Kevin De Bruyne, David Silva and Fernandinho tied down first.
Sane, who has three and a half years left on his deal, has been sensational so far this campaign, already scoring eight times.
An Etihad source said: “Leroy will be rewarded for his performances with a new deal next summer.
“He has to bide his time for now as he is behind De Bruyne, Silva and Fernandinho in terms of what the club want to address.
“He is one of the lowest-paid in the team, but will get a nice bump up to start matching the others.
“The club want him to concentrate on his football for now and then it will be spoken about once we get towards the end of the season.”
