Arsenal news: Gunners poised to return for Sevilla star Steven N’Zonzi after midfielder falls out with manager
The 28-year-old could be set to leave La Liga and return to the Premier League after disagreements with club boss Eduardo Berizzo
ARSENAL are reportedly ready to bring Sevilla star Steven N'zonzi back to the Premier League, according to reports.
The 28-year-old is believed to be unhappy with the La Liga side after falling out with boss Eduardo Berizzo following the 3-3 draw with Liverpool last month.
N'Zonzi was left incensed after being brought off at half-time with his side trailing 3-0, deciding to leave the stadium instead of watching his team-mates in the second half.
He hasn't featured for Los Rojiblancos since coming off against the Reds back on November 21, with his future hanging in the balance.
Spanish news outlet claims previous suitors are set to reignite their interest in the ex-Stoke and Blackburn midfielder.
The Gunners were keen on landing the two-cap French international in the summer, and could look at activating his £35million release clause in January.
But they may face competition from Everton, with the Toffees poised to swoop for the Europa League winner.
N'Zonzi could be reunited with former boss Sam Allardyce, who he played 49 times under at Ewood Park.

He has been frozen out of matchday squads in recent weeks and forced to train alone, and has opened the door to a move back to England.
Speaking recently, he said: "Who knows what is going to happen. I am not going to talk about contracts.
