GARETH BALE could make a sensational return to Tottenham.
Reports in Spain claim Real Madrid may sell him in the summer, and Spurs have first refusal on the Welshman, 28, as part of the £86million switch in September 2013.
Manchester United and Manchester City are keen but Pochettino refused to kill off the chances of Bale heading back to the north Londoners.
He said: “Of course he's a fantastic player. I saw him in Madrid when we played there.
“He’s always kept in contact with the people who worked here in the past.
“I don’t have a close relationship with him or the people around him. But you never know what's going to happen in football.”
Meanwhile, Dele Alli has pledged his future to Tottenham… despite always playing as Bayern Munich on the new FIFA video game.
Alli said: “Bayern will always be one of the strongest teams in the world. They bring so much quality to the field and have incredible players.

“It would not be my wish to play against them in the next round [of the Champions League].
“At FIFA on the console, I also play with Bayern. But for me, the Premier League is the best in the world. I would like to prove myself further.”
