MANCHESTER UNITED star Marcos Rojo was left topless and bloodied after a clash of heads against Man City that the defender got booked for.
The centre-back flew into the back of little City playmaker David Silva but he was left with blood gushing from his head and had to swap his shirt after getting a yellow card.
The United medical team dashed on to the Old Trafford pitch and it looked like he would have to be substituted.
Swedish centre-half Victor Lindelof warmed up, in preparation for replacing Rojo but the South American made a swift recovery.
Moments after the injury – with Rojo possibly still groggy from the clash – Silva smashed Man City ahead.
But he would have been feeling much better moments before half time when Marcus Rashford pounced on a Fabian Delph error and equalised.
