Jurgen Klopp promises forgotten Marko Grujic he will get first-team game time

JURGEN KLOPP has given forgotten midfielder Marko Grujic a leg up as he sets about rotating his Liverpool squad.
The 21-year-old Serb cost the Reds £5.1million last January when he signed from Red Star Belgrade.
Marco Grajic is yet to start a competitive first-team game for Liverpool.
But so far the youngster has been restricted to three starts in the League Cup and there has been talk of a January loan move.
Grujic has been named on the bench 11 times across all competitions but it's fair to say his first-team chances have been limited.
But boss Klopp has been impressed by him and insists: "Marko Grujic has such a great attitude.

"In training and when selected for the U23s he keeps reminding us he is there, waiting, and his engine is revving."
Dominic Solanke, Andrew Robertson and injury-free Danny Ings find themselves in the same difficult situation as Grujic. All three have also struggled for Premier League exposure.

But Klopp made six changes for the Merseyside derby draw with Everton.
And it looks as though he will pursue the policy over the busy festive period.
He said: “Dom and Robbo are two examples to pick from the weekend, but there are others not even on the teamsheet.
