ONE disgruntled Middlesbrough fan has set up a GoFundMe page to fly a "Garry Monk Out" banner over the Riverside on Boxing Day.
The Boro supporter is aiming to raise the funds to hire a plane for the Bolton clash, with excess money going to a local charity.
Monk has led his side to just tenth in the Championship - 19 points behind league-leading Wolves after 22 games.
Now, Middlesbrough fan Sean Cooper is aiming to raise £920 for the stunt - set up immediately in the aftermath of Boro's 2-1 loss away to Millwall on Saturday.
The page reads: "Garry Monk has spent over £46,000,000 at Middlesbrough Football Club and performances so far this season have been extremely poor and we are a club thats [sic] declining down the championship!
"There is no direction and clearly our team has no confidence and our money is being wasted!
"LETS HELP AND DONATE TO GET A PLANE FLY BY WITH MONK OUT FOR BOXING DAY!!!!!! AT THE RIVERSIDE.
"Anything raised past this target will be donated to Teesside Butterwick Hospice.
CHAMPAGNE SUPER MOMENT Man City fan Noel Gallagher thrilled Oasis classic Don’t Look Back In Anger sparked Old Trafford brawl
"Lets save our season, lets save the rot, lets get our anger for Steve Gibson to appoint a new manager!
"Thank you to each and everyone who is willing to donate."

Boro most recently slipped to another frustrating defeat to Millwall at The Den - to fall five points outside of the playoff places.
Jed Wallace and George Saville had fired the hosts into a 2-0 lead on Saturday, before a Stewart Downing long-range effort halved the deficit.
However, Boro still slumped to another defeat... their eighth of the season, when hopes of an immediate return to the Premier League were high.
