Leicester midfielder Adrien Silva finally cleared to play for Foxes after 14 second paperwork delay saw him miss first four months of the season
Portuguese midfielder now ready for selection and is 'confident' he can hit the ground running
ADRIEN SILVA is finally allowed to play for Leicester.
The former Sporting Lisbon midfielder moved to the King Power on deadline day - but was banned from playing by Fifa after missing a registration deadline by 14 SECONDS.
The gaffe meant Silva, a £25million signing expected to be a regular starter, has missed all 25 of Leicester's matches so far this season.
It also means he will be making his debut under Claude Puel - not the manager who signed him, Craig Shakespeare.
Despite missing four months of the season, Silva is confident he can hit the ground running.
He was initially barred from taking part in training sessions at Belvoir Drive, before a Leicester appeal relaxed that ruling.
