David Luiz ‘desperate’ to quit Chelsea this month and hoping Real Madrid come in with offer after Barcelona snub deal

DAVID LUIZ has reportedly been rejected by Barcelona after asking his agent to find him a new club.
The Brazilian defender, 30, is attracting interest from Arsenal with his Chelsea future up in the air.
And, according to a report in Spain, Luiz's representative Giuliano Bertolucci has sounded out clubs about his client's availability.
But say that Barca have rejected the chance to sign Luiz - who now hopes he might be able to get a move to Real Madrid.
Luiz was pictured back at Blues training on Wednesday having not played in over a month due to a knee injury.
The former Paris Saint-Germain ace was said to have had a row with Antonio Conte after a 3-0 Champions League defeat to Roma at the end of October.

He was then left out of the squad for Blues' 1-0 Prem win over Manchester United the following weekend.
Having lost his spot to Danish defender Andreas Christensen, Luiz has only played in a 4-0 win at Qarabag on November 22.
With Christensen and Antonio Rudiger impressing in December, Luiz faces a battle to get back into the team.
Conte admitted this week that he could let Luiz go in January.
He said: "I was a player – I will understand if someone is worried for the World Cup. I will understand if someone is thinking in this way.
"I prefer to have players very happy to stay here than to have players that are unhappy because when you are unhappy you transfer this to the other players, to me and to my staff and I don’t like this. I like to avoid this situation.
