Catholic Romelu Lukaku taking legal advice following Everton owner Farhad Moshiri’s ‘voodoo’ comments
Moshiri comments came at the Everton AGM where the Toffees owner was answering questions about the forward and Ross Barkley's exit from Goodison Park
MANCHESTER UNITED striker Romelu Lukaku taking legal advice following Everton owner Farhad Moshiri's "voodoo" comments.
Moshiri claimed he met Lukaku to discuss a new deal at Goodison Park but the forward said he has seen a voodoo who told him he had go to Chelsea.
He said: "During the meeting (with Lukaku over a new contract) he said he had to call his mother, who was on a pilgrimage in Africa, and he had seen a voodoo who said he had to go to Chelsea."
That was apparently enough to stop the striker just before he put pen to paper on an extended stay at Everton.
Shortly after, Lukaku completed a £90million move to Manchester United, with former captain Wayne Rooney going the other way.
Moshiri continued: “If I told you what we offered him, you would not believe it.
