And Gabriel Jesus is about to be offered a long-term deal.
That's the latest contract details to emerge from the Etihad as Manchester City look to nail down their brightest young stars.
reports that England man Sterling has two full seasons left on his current £180,000-a-week deal.
His new deal is likely to run to 2023 and be worth a basic salary of £220,000-a-week.
But bonuses and incentives will push that figure closer to £275,000.

He joined from Palmeiras for £27m a year ago on a comparatively modest wage of around £70,000-a-week.
But he can expect to see that more than doubled.
