German international is free agent at the end of the season with Juventus in pole-position to sign him on a free transfer
LIVERPOOL are adamant Emre Can will not leave this month, but are resigned to losing him in the summer.
The German international is a free agent at the end of the season after failing to agree a new deal at Anfield.
Juventus are favourites to sign the 24-year-old on a free transfer but Jurgen Klopp has no complaints about the contract rebel as long as he remains professional.
Klopp told in Germany: “He'll stay beyond the winter, Emre is still a young lad but he has developed into a great player and is very important for us.
"Sometimes a player just wants to sit out his contract.
“That's not cool for the club, but there are moments in which you have to accept it.
