CHRIS COLEMAN has questioned if Jack Rodwell even wants to play football – after the midfielder snubbed a loan move last month.

The Sunderland flop, who earns £70,000-a-week, has been training away from the first team having told boss Coleman he wanted to leave.

The Black Cats then offered to terminate Rodwell’s contract to allow him to go on a free, which the ex-England international rejected.

Rodwell, 26, then insisted in an interview that “it’s not about money, it’s about playing” and said he was available for Sunderland selection.

But Coleman rapped: "I've not yet had a knock on the door to say, 'I am ready, I want to play football'.

“Jack had the chance to go out this window. We said, ‘Yeah’. There was another club. I can't name the club.
