Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang avoids £900 fine after missing court as he pushed through Gunners signing
Gunners' record buy was due to give evidence regarding Borussia Dortmund bus terrorist attack but skipped court date saying he was too ill to attend
PIERRE-EMERICK AUBAMEYANG looks to have avoided a £900 fine from a German court - so he can make his Arsenal debut, according to reports.
The say the Gunners record £60million buy was due to give evidence regarding the terrorist attack on the Borussia Dortmund team bus last April.
However the former Dortmund star skipped the court date, claiming he was too ill to attend.
Aubameyang passed a medical and signed for Arsene Wenger's side this week.
The Gabon frontman was due to appear in court five days ago.
And he could have been whacked with a fine had he not submitted a medical certificate confirming his illness.
And it is believed the German court will now not press ahead with any financial punishment.
Arsenal face Everton at home in today's evening kick off.
And Aubameyang looked fit and healthy in training yesterday with Wenger watching on.
Wenger has confirmed that Aubameyang's old Dortmund team-mate Henrikh Mkhitaryan is set to make his first start, even if the Gunners' latest arrival was touch and go.
