PIERRE-EMERICK AUBAMEYANG looks to have avoided a £900 fine from a German court - so he can make his Arsenal debut, according to reports.

The say the Gunners record £60million buy was due to give evidence regarding the terrorist attack on the Borussia Dortmund team bus last April.

However the former Dortmund star skipped the court date, claiming he was too ill to attend.

Aubameyang passed a medical and signed for Arsene Wenger's side this week.

The Gabon frontman was due to appear in court five days ago.

And he could have been whacked with a fine had he not submitted a medical certificate confirming his illness.
