MANCHESTER UNITED and Celtic will face each other in a tribute match today, in honour of their former midfielder Liam Miller.
Miller, who made 21 appearances for the Republic of Ireland during his playing career, died aged 36 in February.
Who was Liam Miller?
Born in Cork, Ireland on 13 February 1981, Miller was best known for his spells with Celtic, Manchester United, Sunderland and QPR.
He played in midfield and was part of the Celtic team who won the Scottish Premier League in 2004.
It was in that summer of 2004 that he joined United on a free transfer but only went on to play in nine league games for the club.
Two years later he signed for Sunderland, though, but said he had no regrets at his time at United.
Miller said: "Man Utd didn't work out but I have no regrets about giving it a go."
How did Liam Miller die?
Miller died on 9 February, 2018 after a battle with pancreatic cancer.
In November of last year it was revealed he was undergoing treatment.
He had chemotherapy at the Huntsman Cancer Institute in Salt Lake City before returning to his native Ireland.
Miller is survived by his wife Clare and his three children Kory, Leo and Belle.

Manchester United and Celtic will honour their former midfielder today in a tribute match at the Pairc Uí Chaoimh in Ireland.
The game will feature all-but two of United's famed 'Class of '92' with Rio Ferdinand, Paul Scholes and Ryan Giggs among the players for the Red Devils.
Richard Dunne, Robbie Keane and Damien Duff are in the squad in a Celtic/Republic of Ireland combined squad.
The game will kick off a 3pm with Roy Keane and Martin O'Neill the managers.
All the proceeds for the match will go towards the Liam Miller Fund, which helps his widow Clare and their children.
Marymount Hospice and other charities will also benefit from the fixture.
