ALAN PARDEW'S West Brom job is reportedly safe despite the club sacking chairman John Williams yesterday.
Williams and chief executive Martin Goodman were both axed by Chinese owner Guochuan Lai after the club's poor run of form.
But the are claiming the changes in the boardroom will not see Pardew dumped by the club despite some reservations about his management style.
The report continues that there has been some friction in the squad since his appointment over training and tactics.
West Brom's survival hopes suffered a further blow on Monday when they travelled to Stamford Bridge.
Despite a promising start against the reigning champions Chelsea, they were thumped 3-0 to leave them stranded at the foot of the table and seven points from safety.
