NEYMAR is suffering from infectious diarrhoea which is sweeping Paris Saint-Germain's squad.
PSG boss Unai Emery confirmed the £198million Brazil superstar is a doubt for tomorrow's crunch clash against Marseille.
Emery, 46, said: "I'm not a doctor, the club doctor simply told me that Neymar is sick.
"Neymar is sick, I hope that he will be well enough to train on Saturday and then play on Sunday.
"It wasn't an injury issue, it was gastroenteritis and some fever, similar to what Lass Diarra had yesterday."
Neymar, 26, who has scored 19 goals this season, was sent off for headbutting Lucas Ocampos at Marseille in October.
But Emery has warned the former Barcelona star to be on his best behaviour if he recovers in time.
He said: "He is intelligent and has learned from both individual and collective experiences.
