Manchester United star Marcus Rashford should stay put at Old Trafford despite losing his place, insists Gary Neville

GARY NEVILLE has rubbished talk Marcus Rashford should leave Manchester United.
Thierry Henry and Dennis Wise have both urged the striker to reconsider his future.
Rashford, 20, last started a Premier League game in December against Burnley with Romelu Lukaku, Alexis Sanchez, Anthony Martial and Juan Mata keeping him on the bench.
But United legend Neville, 43, has warned the England ace that his situation is completely normal.
He told the : "How can Marcus Rashford leave Manchester United? How can Manchester United let him leave? It’s impossible.
"People saying he should leave are talking nonsense, it's rubbish.
"The kid has been brilliant for 18 months.
"He's having a period out of the team at the moment which happens to every young winger or forward that comes in to the team.

"That's happened to every player I have seen, they dip in and out of the team and they have periods where they don't play. It's not because they're out of favour.
"Rashford will be a United player for many years to come, and if he's not then that will be a big disappointment with the talent he has got."

Neville has set up Academy 92 at Salford City to promote local talent.
And he took aim at Manchester City by claiming parents will always prefer to send their kids to United.
He said: "If I was a parent of a young child that was being sought after by clubs in the North West I would look at United first and foremost because the reality of it is, the club will always give you a chance."
