CHELSEA target Richmond Boakye has snubbed a move to the Premier League - to join Chinese club Jiangsu Suning.
The Ghana striker caught the attention of Blues boss Antonio Conte with his goalscoring feats for Red Star Belgrade.
Conte previously signed Boakye for Juventus from Genoa in 2012.
West Brom also showed interest in the 25-year-old.
Boakye has now agreed a three-year deal with Jiangsu, who are managed by ex-England boss Fabio Capello.
The wealthy Super League outfit paid Chelsea £25million for Brazilian midfielder Ramires in 2016.
