If Spurs received a world record fee then you would expect a conversation to happen between the main characters.

But let’s be frank here, he is priceless to Spurs, he is one of their own, he will lead England into the World Cup.

Kane is an impressive character, he's the consummate professional and a fantastic role model.

Not only is his goal scoring impressive, his all round game is getting better and better.

There is a special affinity fans have with players that come through the ranks, especially when they are as humble as Kane.

Now they seem to have produced yet another sensational player.

Reo Griffiths,17, is getting a growing reputation in the Under-18 team - scoring back-to-back hat-tricks against Arsenal and Reading.

He has 24 goals for the season, which makes him the No 1 striker in the country at that age.

Now Spurs fans are calling for him to get some minutes in the first-team.

Other clubs have the set-up and finance but in Kane, and Dele Alli, they have two of the best young players in the world.

Is it the manager? The environment? The club policy? Maybe all three?
