The former Liverpool man responds to Milinkovic-Savic spitting at him by mocking the Serbian midfielder after defeat earlier this week
SUSO has hit out at Sergej Milinkovic-Savic after the Lazio star appeared to spit at him during the Coppa Italia semi-final.
The AC Milan midfielder says it wasn't until his mum showed him video that he believed what the Serbian had done.
Milinkovic-Savic jumped up in protest to a yellow card during extra time then appeared to spit in the direction of Suso.
The act went unnoticed on the pitch but cameras caught it and so did the Spaniard's mum.
Suso : "[Gianluigi] Donnarumma told me so, but I did not think it was true.
"Then my mother sent me the news, the spit. These are things that must never be done - I never do them - but everyone is different.
"And in any case we are in the final, not him."
AC Milan came out victorious after beating Lazio 5-4 in a tense penalty shootout after three and a half hours of goalless football between the two sides.
Milan will meet Juventus in the Coppa Italia final after the Old Lady secured a 2-0 aggregate win over Atalanta.
