WEST HAM defender Winston Reid has been taken to hospital after suffering a leg injury against Swansea.
The New Zealand international picked an injury to his right leg during a goal-mouth scramble in the 18 minute at the Liberty Stadium.
The 29-year-old's whole body collapsed onto his leg with his knee buckling underneath him before Declan Rice cleared Federico Fernandez's strike off the line and away for a Swans corner.
Play was suspended for six minutes.
Reid was visibly in a lot of pain as he was attended to by medical staff.
He was eventually carried off on a stretcher, and he was also placed in a neck brace and supplied with oxygen.

Fans of both clubs applauded the defender as he left the field of play.
He was replaced by Sam Byram, whose introduction saw the visitors revert to a back four.
The injury will be a massive blow for Hammers boss David Moyes.
The East London side are already without defensive duo Angelo Ogbonna and James Collins.
