MANCHESTER CITY took another step towards clinching the Premier League title, but it was another sorry afternoon for Arsenal.

Pep Guardiola's men saw off Chelsea with a goal from Bernardo Silva to move 18 points clear of second-placed Liverpool.

It was a huge blow for Antonio Conte's men and left them five points adrift of Spurs in fourth for the final Champions League spot.

Arsenal, meanwhile, continue to plummet to new depths after their fourth straight defeat in the last 10 days.
