Bayern Munich confirm interest in Arsenal and Tottenham target Malcom
Both the Gunners and Spurs were rebuffed in their attempts to land the 21-year-old in January
BAYERN MUNICH have confirmed their interest in Arsenal and Tottenham target Malcom.
The two North London clubs both failed in signing Bordeaux's Brazilian winger in January.
The French side's reluctance to lose the 21-year-old saw the Gunners instead turn to Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Spurs swoop for Lucas Moura.
Both were believed to still be keen on attempting to revive the move this summer.
But now they'll face fierce competition from the Bundesliga leaders.
Bayern boss Jupp Heynckes revealed their admiration for the attacker to .
He said: “He's certainly in the focus of our scouting department, like many other players as well.
“[Sporting director] Hasan Salihamidzic has very clear ideas and is driving forward the plans for next season.

Bordeaux will be demanding at least £45m for the South American.
And after their recruitments in the winter, it remains to be seen whether Arsenal and Spurs will shell out on a similar type of player for such a big fee.
Malcom is a Brazil youth international but his form this campaign is pushing him closer to the senior squad.
He has bagged scores eight goals and grabbed six assists in 25 Ligue 1 appearance.
Malcom hoped to exit the club during the last window, but Gus Poyet's arrival in the dug-out put a stop to that.
The ex-Sunderland boss insisted he would only take the job if his star player stayed.
Malcom revealed last month: “I already said that I would have liked to leave this winter to meet new challenges.
“I gave my word to Bordeaux that I will continue [with the club] to be able to have more time to choose my future club.”
