Eintracht levelled with the Bundesliga giants twice, but Batshuayi ensured they left with no points.

The 'Batsman' was called upon from the bench and certainly delivered as he found the back of the net with a half-volley from his left foot during injury time.

Dortmund came back defiantly after their Europa League defeat at home at the hands of Red Bull Salzburg.

They started the first half well and pressurised Eintracht's defence.

The tempo remained somewhat the same for the remainder of the first half.

For the first twenty five minutes of the second half, Eintracht took control and controlled the pace, culminating with a goal in the 75th minute.

Only for the Bundesliga new-boy to come on from the bench and edge Dortmund ahead.

The visitors didn't deserve to lose, as they fought for the remainder of the second half and thought they had wrapped up the game when Danny Blum equalised in the 91st minute.

Just four minutes later, Dortmund delivered a fine attacking display which saw the 'Batsman' in a threatening position in front of the goal- where he clinched three points for his side.

They now sit in third place in the Bundesliga and extend their unbeaten run in the domestic league.

The stats are not looking good for Chelsea.

Batshuayi has managed to score in the Europa league, on his debut, and netted six goals since Alvaro Morata last scored.

Were Chelsea wrong to let goal-machine Michy Batshuayi leave?
