Liverpool eyeing swoop for Leicester ace Wilfred Ndidi with Emre Can set to leave this summer
Guinean journalist Alpha Balde has made the claim that the Reds have contacted the 21-year-old but the Foxes will demand a big fee
LIVERPOOL have made enquiries with Leicester over their midfielder Wilfred Ndidi, according to reports.
Guinean journalist Alpha Balde has claimed that Ndidi, 21, has already been contacted by the club and is keen on a move.
Balde, who seemed to be one of the first to know of Liverpool's deal with RB Leipzig for Naby Keita, also says Leicester will demand a big fee.
Nididi is under contract with the Foxes until 2022 and so they will be able to slap a hefty price tag on the player they bought from Belgian club Genk last year.
It is also claimed if the Reds land Ndidi then Emre Can will be almost certain to leave Anfield at the end of the season.
Can, 24, is out of contract at the end of this term and has a number of clubs chasing his signature.
