Juve are said to want to wait until the end of the season so they can evaluate their situation and what reinforcements they need.

Darmian has been linked with a move over the last three transfer windows after falling out of favour with boss Jose Mourinho.

The former Torino right-back has been frozen out this season and made just 12 appearances in all competition for the club.

And he made his first appearance in over a month when he came on in the 2-1 win over Liverpool on March 10.

He has been unable to dislodge Antonio Valenica from the right-back role and become frustrated at the lack of opportunities.

The Bianconeri's Serie A rivals Roma and Napoli have both also been linked with a move for Darmian.

Juve will need to replace Stephan Lichsteiner, who is set to leave at the end of the season.

Mourinho is reportedly reluctant to sell Darmian, despite not being in his starting XI as he sees him as a good squad player.
