CRISTIANO RONALDO was left red-faced as Euro 2016 champions Portugal were humiliated 3-0 by Holland ahead of this summer's World Cup in Russia.
Virgil van Dijk, Ryan Babel and Memphis Depay were all on the scoresheet as Joao Cancelo was sent off for the home side in Monday night's friendly.
As usual, all eyes were on Ronaldo as an expectant home crowd waited for the Real Madrid superstar to produce his usual magic.
But Portugal looked thoroughly disjointed in all areas of the pitch and Holland’s dominance soon began to take its toll.
