Liverpool star Mohamed Salah on track to return for Champions League second leg tie against Manchester City, says Jurgen Klopp

JURGEN KLOPP has claimed that Mohamed Salah is on track to return for Tuesday's showdown with Manchester City.
The Egyptian was forced off the field with a groin injury during Liverpool's 3-0 victory in the first leg of the Champions League quarter-final.
Despite missing Saturday's clash with fierce rivals Everton, the 25-year-old is expected to return for this week's trip to the Etihad.
Klopp said: "Mo, he's injured.
"I don't think it is really serious and he can be available for Tuesday for today [Saturday] he wasn't available.
"It's the same with Robbo [Andy Robertson].
"As always, we are in close talks with the medical department [to find out] who is 100 per cent.
"And also you have to wait until the last minute, especially when you have a short break between the games."

Andy Robertson is also expected to be welcomed back to the squad after missing the match against Everton with a calf injury.
Klopp also took the chance to confirm that Roberto Firmino, who has scored 23 goals in all competitions this season, will miss the second-leg.
The 50-year-old added: "Bobby's out; he played a lot of games for us obviously, we have two fresh strikers there, so that makes sense to make that change.
"I always think about how can we win the next game and then you need fresh legs for that if you have them. That's why we made the changes."
