Manchester City news: Celtic loanee Patrick Roberts admits his future remains unclear

MANCHESTER CITY star Patrick Roberts admits he does not know where he will be playing next season.
The 21-year-old winger moved to Celtic on-loan back in January 2016 and his deal was extended last summer until June.
Roberts, who signed for City from Fulham in 2015, has been linked with a permanent switch to Parkhead.
And speaking to the , he admitted his future remains unclear.
When quizzed on the prospect of joining Celtic full-time, the England Under-20 international said: “We’ll see. I’m just focused on finishing the last few games of the season on a high, like I did last season, and get the trophies we’re aiming for.
“Then I’ll go on holiday and we’ll see where it takes me from there, start the season fresh again and hopefully be injury-free.”
Roberts has been plagued by injuries this season.
However he has returned to the fold in recent weeks but was only named on the bench for today’s Old Firm clash with Rangers.

Manager Brendan Rodgers introduced him to the fray with just over ten minutes remaining of the Hoops’ victory in the Scottish Cup semi-final.
Roberts is also set to win a third straight title with Celtic currently 13 points clear of their bitter rivals.
