EVERTON have sent out a bizarre survey to fans asking if they have confidence in boss Sam Allardyce.

The ex-England boss has been criticised by supporters for lacklustre performances despite guiding the once relegation-threatened Toffees into ninth position in the Premier League.

And now fans have been asked to rate the under pressure gaffer out of ten as the club gather feedback on their underwhelming season.

One statement reads: "I have a high level of trust in the current manager and coaching staff of Everton."

Another says: "I have a high level of trust in the current senior leadership team at Everton."

Alongside the statements are ratings from a scale of zero to ten going from completely disagree to completely agree.

Allardyce was appointed in November to steady the ship following the disastrous start to the season under Ronald Koeman.

The 63-year-old signed a contract until the summer of 2019 but his future has consistently been under the microscope.

The Toffees have won just twice in their last seven matches against Brighton and 10-man Stoke.

Everton are planning a major overhaul in the summer that is set to include Allardyce and director of football Steve Walsh.
