Arsenal fans still stay away from from Emirates stadium despite Arsene Wenger leaving… but one top manager is in the crowd
Arsene Wenger announced he would be leaving the club after 22-years on Friday, but supporters are still not filling out the 60,000-capacity venue
ARSENAL fans are still turning their backs on the Emirates — despite Arsene Wenger having just two more home games at the club.
The legendary Frenchman announced he would leave the North London club after 22 years at the end of the season and are currently playing West Ham.
It was thought the news would help encourage fans to turn up to the stadium to help give Wenger the send-off he deserves.
But due to their poor and inconsistent form this season, many supporters are still staying away from the ground.
There has been a number of occasions where the Emirates has been half-empty as fans grew tired of watching their team.
However, there was a big name manager in the stands for the clash.
