ARSENAL are reportedly at risk of losing promising youngster Arthur Okonkwo due to a contract stand-off.
RB Leipzig and Celtic are both monitoring the situation as keeper Okonkwo, 16, is yet to pen a new deal at the Emirates.
The 6ft 5in England Under-17s international is one of the Gunners hottest prospects in their youth teams, according to .
Okonkwo has one of the best chances of making it to the first team and is reportedly thought of well in the England camps.
But Arsenal are stopping handing out contracts at the moment and that could see Okonkwo jump ship.
The Mirror claims he has been offered a scholarship which would see him earn a professional contract when he turns 17 in September.
However, no agreement has been reached with German club RB Leipzig and Scottish champs Celtic keeping an eye on developments.
Players are said to be frustrated by the club’s attitude to handing out contracts and are in danger of losing some of their top future stars.

The Gunners recruited former Team Sky member Huss Fahmy with he reputation for his tough negotiating skills to deal with contracts.
But this means players may be forced to look elsewhere despite Okonkwo already having trained with the first team and could be a future solution for their keeper problem.
