BURY have appointed Ryan Lowe as their manager full-time.
Journeyman Lowe, who has been caretaker-boss, has signed a two year deal and hopes to lift the club back into League One next season.
Lowe, who has played for six league clubs, initially took charge following a 1-0 home defeat to Doncaster Rovers at the end of October and picked up four points from his three league games at the helm.
He was then given the role until the end of the season after Chris Lucketti left the club.
Over the course of his two spells in charge, Ryan has a record of over a point a game and earned 67 per cent of all the Shakers’ points this season.
He said: "I am over the moon. You don’t know what this means to me and my family. This club is my club, and I am going to do what’s needed to bring the good times back to Bury!
