JORDAN PICKFORD is enjoying one of the world's greatest hotspots - before the heat is really on him.
The £30million Everton keeper celebrated his World Cup selection by relaxing on a Barbados beach with girlfriend Megan Davison.
Ex-Sunderland star Pickford, 24, strolled hand-in-hand with the 22-year-old university graduate - mentally a million miles away from the pressure of the past week.
He saw Everton end the season eighth after a 3-1 loss at West Ham, days before Goodison boss Sam Allardyce was axed.
Then he waited for Gareth Southgate's squad announcement for Russia this summer.
As expected, Pickford won the nod, alongside Jack Butland and Nicky Pope, because experienced stopper Joe Hart was chopped from the 23-many party.
Pickford appeared without a worry in the world as he ambled with Megan by the Atlantic Ocean .
His bright green and white swim shorts. gold-coloured watch and large black sunglasses might have been a bit controversial for some.

But he toned down the look with a plain grey T-shirt.
Megan, meanwhile, wore a white crochet dress-top over a black and leopard print bikini, laced with gold touches.
And she was happy to dip into the water to cool down.
Burly Pickford smiled broadly as he looked over.
But how much he will be grinning in two months' time is another matter.
