FOUL-MOUTHED MORATA

Alvaro Morata caught shouting ‘let them suck c***s’ after Chelsea’s FA Cup final victory over Manchester United

The Spain international, who came on in the 89th minute of the FA Cup final, has endured a frustrating season

WINNING a trophy in your first season with your new club in a Wembley final is a dream very few of us will ever get the chance to realise.

So we can only imagine the emotions which were running through Alvaro Morata's veins on Saturday after he helped Chelsea to their FA Cup triumph against Manchester United.

While heading down the tunnel towards the Chelsea changing room after the win, Morata clenched his fists and let out a wild outburst, yelling: “Come on, let them suck c****.”

The bizarre explosion of emotion seemed unprovoked and random.

Meanwhile, Morata has had little else to shout about this season.

The Spaniard has endured a difficult first season at Chelsea following his £60million move from Real Madrid.

He ended the season with 15 Chelsea goals, but 12 of those came in 2017 as his season was derailed by injury and confidence issues since the turn of the year.

Morata is attracting plenty of interest from teams across Europe, with his old club Juventus also keen on him.
The Spanish striker enjoyed the best form of his career at the Turin giants between 2014 and 2016, but has only intermittently shown that level at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea still have faith the forward can come good, they do need to raise funds ahead of what is set to be a summer of significant change at Stamford Bridge.
