WILLIAM GALLAS has told Anthony Martial he did not deserve a France call-up in a brutally honest message.
The Manchester United forward, 22, is being linked with a summer exit after struggling this season and dropping to the bench.
And 40-year-old Gallas - a runner-up in 2006 - told Martial he needs to learn from the experience.
He told Goal: "I don’t feel sorry for him because he had the opportunity.
"He was in the squad many times before. I think he missed his chance go to the World Cup.
"He didn’t perform at his best for the whole season. To go to the World Cup, you have to perform all season.
