MANCHESTER UNITED have secured the future of highly-rated starlet D'Mani Mellor.
The 17-year-old striker joined the Red Devils a year ago.
He went on to feature heavily for their Under-18s and helped them win the Premier League North last season.
Mancunian Mellor has demonstrated his versatility on numerous occasions, playing in the No10 role or out on the wing.
The ace also featured for Nicky Butt's side in the Uefa Youth League.
Mellor has shown his eye for goal, finishing the campaign with five goals in 20 appearances, and has been rewarded for his displays with his first professional contract by United.
Hopes are high he could follow the likes of Marcus Rashford and Scott McTominay into the senior set-up.
Mellor is the latest prospect to turn pro with the Old Trafford giants.
Dion McGhee, Brandon Williams, Ethan Galbraith and James Garner have all committed their futures to the Red Devils in recent weeks.
