TOTTENHAM are set to step up their pursuit of Manchester United winger Anthony Martial.
According to reports, representatives from the North London club are keen to start talks with Ed Woodward and United's hierarchy.
The 22-year-old is still seen as having huge potential and scored nine goals in 30 Premier League appearances last season.
And the deal can be done quickly if both clubs can agree on a price.
According to the , Mauricio Pochettino is keen to work with the winger, who was left out of Didier Deschamps' France squad for the World Cup.
Les Bleus have an embarrassment of riches at their disposal but Martial's lack of consistent first-team football deemed him surplus.
United paid an initial £36million for him in 2015 with various add-ons potentially taking the final price to £61.5m, but it is almost certain the club will not pay that if they sell.
