Conte will continue to prepare for the new season, despite ongoing reports that he is expected to be sacked
ANTONIO CONTE has lined up a tough pre-season training programme - in case he is still the Chelsea manager next season, according to reports.
The Blues have been looking to replace the 48-year-old Italian, but have so far failed to nail down their number one target Maurizio Sarri.
But Conte appears to be remaining professional, with the Telegraph reporting he is making preparations for the new campaign in case he is still in charge.
The Chelsea boss is expected to train the players 'very hard' when those not at the World Cup report for pre-season on July 9.
The Blues are looking to bounce back from a disappointing fifth-place finish which saw them miss out on Champions League qualification.
While the Italian is still technically in charge at Stamford Bridge, it has become increasingly likely that he will be sacked and replaced by his fellow compatriot Sarri.
